Mom and Easton day

Easton and I had a mother son day at Bounce U and Chick Fil-A!  We had a blast, Easton ran and jumped, climbed, played basketball, and his favorite sliding down the big slide! He looked like a pro pushing all of the older kids out of the way because they were scared!!  Such a big boy!!!

Slip-N-Slide

With the hot summer days now here, Easton has found the slip-n-slide.  He LOVES running and sliding on it.  He is practicing his baseball slides!!

Peace and Quiet

These pictures don't even need an explanation.  It is something that is rare to find in a house of 3 boys!

Brian's Graduation

Well after several years of class every Wednesday night, Brian graduated!!  I am so proud of him!!  The boys and I went to see him walk, sorry the pictures aren't better, but Easton had to take all the pictures.

Sand Box

Now that we have taken the pool down we have a huge sand  box in our backyard.   Easton has a lot of fun and we love watching him, however he thinks he always needs to get naked and pile sand on him.  We let him have fun until he thinks it is a liter box and tries to pee and poop in it!!  Always an adventure!!

Mothers Day

This was the first mothers day as a complete family. I really enjoyed being with my boys all day!!  It is so wonderful to have such an awesome husband and boys!!

Baseball practice

As you all know Easton thinks he is just one of the big boys.  Well he LOVED practicing with the baseball team.  He loves being the catcher and always fights Jack for his catching gear.  However, sometimes Easton likes to think he is Coach Hailey instead of his dad and will tell the boys what to do.

My new friend

Easton has a new friend Preston.  He had so much fun playing and sharing all of his toys with him.  It was very funny, I had to keep reminding Easton what his friends name was, he just wanted to call him "that boy"!  He would say that boy want to come in my room, that boy want a cookie?  He now keeps asking for Preston to come back and play.  Cannon is ready for Parker to be born so he will have a friend to play with too.

Time for Cookies!!

Not many know that Easton loves to bake with his mommy, not as much as he likes playing baseball, but he does love it.  I guess it is because it doesn't happen often!!  Well we made sugar cookies and he had such a blast coloring each cooking a different color and making designs on them.  He did an awesome job and the tasted really good too.

Fun in the Sand

Easton and daddy having a fun time in the sand.  Easton loved digging the sand up with his new shovel and pale that Gigi bought him.  He had to make sure his daddy had one too.  They had a blast making sandcastles and even more fun kicking them down afterwards.  Cannon wasn't to interested in the sand, he would rather take a nap.  My kind of boy!!

Watch out Birds!!!

Easton and his daddy were having a great time shooting the BB gun at uncle Aaron's house on all the land.  We had to keep telling Easton that he couldn't shoot the puppies, only shoot the birds or trees.  He loved it and his daddy is so ready for him to be able to go hunting with him!!  Easton had fun shooting with his uncle Aaron as well.  Kenzie girl had to have her turn as well.  She was shooting like a pro!!

Easter Sunday!!

It was the first Easter Sunday as a complete family.  Easton was totally convinced that he was going to get a skateboard from the Easter bunny, but the Easter bunny came to visit and the boys got some great surprises and the skateboard was not included.  Then we got to spend Easter evening with our family and Gigi and Grandpa brought the gifts the Easter bunny brought to their house for the kids.  Easton had such a blast going to Uncle Aaron's and Aunt Jen's to play with Kenzie and Gracie.  They got to dye Easter eggs, decorate a bunny cake that GiGi made, and they got to enjoy an Easter egg hunt.  Easton didn't get the hang of it at first, he opened the first egg he found and then went to hide to eat the candy instead of finding more eggs.  Once Brian and I told him it was ok he can eat it later he was off to the races.  Kenzie and Gracie had no problems what so ever.  They were running from the start.  The girls put on a wonderful dance show for all of us.  Their dad's were so proud!!  Kenzie girl was so excited to have her aunt cici help her dye her eggs.  And to top it all off Kenzie thought it would be fun to go diving head first into the mud puddle.  It was the perfect Easter.  The kids had so much fun and we can't wait to do more fun holidays together with all the kids!!

Weekend with the Berryhill Baseball team!

The boys and I went to spend the weekend with Brian in Grove, America for his baseball tournament.  Easton had so much fun.  He didn't go to bed before 11 either night.  He thought he was just one of the boys.  They all played baseball with him and let him in their rooms to dance with Tupac!  I guess it could have been worse.  He loved playing catch with Walker.  I don't think I have seen him laugh as hard as he was when he was throwing the ball over the balcony to the boys and they were throwing it back to him.  He thinks he is 2 going on 16.  Cannon loved his time as well.  He thought he was part of the team and had to wear daddy's hat!!  We had a blast and enjoyed the weekend.  Easton played so hard with the "baseball boys" he didn't even make it a mile out of the hotel parking lot before he passed out all the way home.  Then woke up asking to play with the boys again.

All because of Papa

I love this picture so I had to share it.  This is Brian and the most important men in his life!

Decorating Easter Eggs

This was the first year for Easton to dye Easter eggs.  He had so much fun dropping the eggs in all the different colors.  He didn't really understand the concept of leaving the egg in one color to let it get bright, he really enjoyed moving them from one color to the next.  He also didn't want to use the metal dropper it was a lot more fun to use his hands and color them!!  His daddy had to remind him numerous times that the eggs weren't balls so he can't throw them!!  Cannon didn't know what to think of everything, but loved watching his big brother having fun!!

ELMO!!!!!

A fun day going to see Elmo!!  GiGi bought tickets for Easton and Kenzie girl to go watch Elmo and his friends sing and dance.  It was a lot of fun.  The kids enjoyed walking around and all the fun things that GiGi bought them.  The spinning Elmo rocks!!  Kenzie girl LOVED Elmo she was dancing the entire time.  Easton, well, he was afraid at first, but then really loved it.  Thank you GiGi for the wonderful time, your grandkids loved it!!

My girlfriends birthday party

Easton went to Emma's second birthday party.  He always calls Emma his girlfriend and loves going to church with her.  The party was so much fun.  Easton loved the jupiter jump!!  I can't believe that my little boy is now old enough to start going to his friends birthday parties!!

Hailey Family Trip

Well for the last time free weekend before Baseball gets started Brian and I took the boys to see the Aquarium in Jenks.  Of course Cannon slept most of the time, but Easton LOVED it.  Easton was amazed by all the turtles and the sharks.  We spent 30 minutes just watching the sharks swim around and walking in the tunnel.  Easton now is asking if he can have a shark.  That is one wish that he will never get granted.

Ice Storm 2009

We had a wonderful time hanging out and playing during the ice storm.  Easton had to make a tent and play in it all week long.   He even wanted to play with Cannon in the tent, I think Cannon enjoyed it as much as Easton did.  We also watched movies and once again Easton had to have Cannon sit by him to make sure he didn't miss a thing. It was a wonderful week getting to spend time together!

Random Pictures

I just wanted to share some pictures that make me smile everyday!  They are all of my favorite three little kids, Easton (The Booger Butt), Cannon (Chunky Monkey), and Kenzie Girl (The Princess)!!!
